What do you like about yourself?
Uuuh, good question! I like to think I'm well spoken even when upset in situations where I'm not dealing with relatives.
I know I'm a very passionate person and very loyal, both are things I value as character traits in people, and I have a big heart (especially with animals). I'm very loving and a mama-bear sometimes (I like to think this is a good trait, especially for when I do have kids-- I'm talking devoted 110% like a lot of moms I know), plus I try to be optimistic whenever I can.
As far as my looks, I do like them, despite my struggle with my self-esteem. I love my hair and piercings and the tattoos I plan to get are going to be awesome. <3
Aaaand I'm a very hard worker on things I know I have to do. Like, super hard to the point where minimum-paying jobs don't really deserve the effort I put in so I have to tell myself to tone it down. |D

What do you dislike about yourself?
Oh man. I dislike that I can't take criticism worth a damn. :|
Like, to the point where in school I wouldn't read anything the teachers had to say about my writing or look at what questions I got wrong on math tests. I have a terrible tendency to take things personally and get defensive which leaves me constantly wondering how to approach people without offending them. That being said, I can also put my foot in my mouth in the worst possible way. I sometimes don't think before I talk (because I can be very impulse and sometimes I just blurt things out) and that can get me in trouble. And, speaking of, I have issues with interrupting people. |D
It's something that didn't become a big problem until recently when I got on meds for ADHD and while they help with focus, I really need to try to not cut people off every other sentence when I talk to them.
I am a flake and forgetful and it takes me forever to start on things. I am a procrastinator. These are also things I need to work on. :|
I can be obsessive and shy to the point where I let it get in my way, plus I can be an overly paranoid worrier. I also can be self-sabotaging and don't have very good discipline (especially with food). I don't like or adapt well to change and it takes me 2-3 months before I stop being a sulky surly bitch and hating life.
But see, even with these things that I dislike about myself, I know that they're small potatoes. Life goes on and at some point you have to accept and recognize things about yourself and then recognize that, if the time isn't right, you deal with them how you can and move on.
