I reserve the right to refuse to any individual at any time. If a commission is terminated after payment has been made a refund will be issued based on the amount of work which has been completed.

Copyright and Redistribution- Unless specified in writing, I retain all copyrights of my artwork.

-No artwork of mine (be it paid, traded, or free) may be used for commercial services or otherwise for profit by a second party.

-The buyer is free to re-upload the work to other sites provided the signature is not removed from the artwork, appropriate credit is granted, and the work is not used in a commercial manner.

Additional characters may re-upload the work provided it meets the stipulations laid out above and permission is granted from the buyer.

-No tracing or replication of my artwork is permissible without written permission.

-The copyright of any work may be purchased prior or after the completion of an image for additional cost. Only the original buyer is free to purchase the copyright of the image.

-If the artwork is to be intended as a logo or other commercial item please inform me beforehand so the appropriate costs can be worked out, and the purchase of copyright put into writing.

Process:

-Commission prices are base prices and may be subject to change to reflect a high level of detail or complexity.

-Any due date or completion time must be discussed before the commission is placed in the queue.

Any due date that is two weeks or less will be charged a 30% rush fee.

-Commissioners will be sent a draft sketch to display pose and background. Any major changes (new pose, different background, additional character, etc) will only be available at this stage free of charge.

• Once the draft sketch has been approved minor changes may be requested (color changes, small additions, etc.) . Too many change requests will result in additional charges.
