This is my TERMS OF SERVICE.

This is something you MUST READ before commissioning me!

This is in regards to ALL of my work. Commissioned, free, adopted, etc.

**I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and the right to terminate a commission in progress. All sales are FINAL. There will be no full or partial refunds! UNLESS I am unable to complete the work for a reason I specify.

You have the right to change your idea if I have not started on it. Your character has changed or a relationship problem has happened. Don't be afraid to approach me about changing your idea. You may not change said idea if i have started your commission. (Unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to start over, price may very on how far I am into the commission.) Also if you change your idea to a more complicated image be prepared to pay extra for additional items not agreed on prior.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
Vore, violence, drugs, scat, gas, smells, sounding, overly fat furs, overly complex sonas, neon nightmares, muscle furs, centipedes, mutilation, slob/dirty, vehicles.

What I Will Do:
Femboi, Humans, Pregnant, Transformations, Cross Dressing, Piercings, Clean Feral, cubs in CLEAN FAMILY FRIENDLY SITUATIONS ONLY. NO KINK RELATED MATERIAL. Light gore, SOME alcohol

18+:
I absolutely do not draw 18+ art unless it is personal work or a pre made auction. DO NOT ASK.

My style:

What I AM good at:
Women. Tasteful nudes and pin-up style work. Also feminine/femboi males. Also things cute and sexy.

What I'm NOT so good at:
Note I have nothing against these things, I am just not good at drawing them: Sergals, Cruxs, large muscles, armor(intricate), macro, buildings, guns/firearms/weapons, comics, backgrounds, and manly men (and a few other things I can't think of ATM) are sometimes a problem for me. So note when commissioning me these may be some issues I'm not so strong on or may be a reason why I decline your commission. (If you're not sure, ASK)

My Style:
I'm just saying this now, for those who think every artist can copy/paste styles in the snap of a finger. My style is my style, I cannot change it from mine to someone else's. This is how I draw, this is how it will look.

My Personal Characters:
All of my characters can't and will not be used by anyone else in an adult/nude situation unless they have my written permission. Do not put them in any pornographic or unclothed situation at all. Thank you.

Contact With Me:

Language Barriers:
My first language is English and I know no other languages. If you aren't able to speak proper English I may deny your commission simply because of misunderstandings and faults that may occur because of it.

Shouting:
Please refrain from shouting on my page about commissions. I understand it's one way to contact me if I don't respond to notes, but don't shout before noting. I will gladly answer you as soon as humanly possible via notes before resorting to shouting. I guess I could add that this goes for asking for commissions to. I won't respond to 'You still taking commissions?' via shout. You want art, note me please.

Contact:
If someone becomes non responsive (more than a few weeks), they're bumped off my queue, and put back on the bottom the next time they contact me. EXCEPTION: FREEBIE JOURNALS (it'll be like a nice surprise ^^)

Editing, Uploading, and private commissions:

Editing:
I don't mind the buyer editing their art but I prefer they ask first. (If you did not pay for the art do NOT edit my art I will report you. Thanks.) Please do not hire another artist to color my work without my written permission. You will be reported.

Uploading:
Is allowed but only if you commissioned it and give credit. I do not discriminate where it is posted but if posted it must be the small version I gave you, have my original signature and watermark on the image, and a link somewhere to my page. Please respect this when posting my art. If you fail to do so I will not force you to take it down but I will no longer work with you in the future if you cannot respect my uploading policies.

Private Commissions:
Commissions I cannot show or upload onto the internet. I personally dislike drawing art I cannot share so please respect my decision to charge an extra fee to keep it private. A $20+ fee will be charged if you want your work private. If you don't pay the 'no posting fee' then I will have the rights to post it to the internet. I respect your right to privacy, but please respect my right to want to show my art.

Time management and payment:

I only accept paypal, and paypal only.

Payment Plans:
I will allow payment plans for commissions $50+. I require half up front, and the rest when you can. Note I will only draw up to the clean line work, then the second half must be payed before the completion of the art. Not paying full up front will result in small resolution pictures with watermarks for the approval pictures. I know art can be expensive and if you're a repeat reliable customer I will work around your problems to accommodate you to get the art you want.

Refunds:
As stated in the first statement of the ToS: All sales are FINAL. There will be no full or partial refunds! UNLESS I am unable to complete the work for a reason I specify.

Time Limit:
Unless I am given a specific time frame I will finish commissions when I can. Some smaller things can be done that night and others up to a few weeks, or in some cases longer depending on RL things. Unless you give me a specific time that I am comfortable with I will expect you to not complain to me. I'm always open to questions but please be civil about it.

Rush Jobs:
A rush job to me is a week or shorter. If my line is 10+ people then I will have to charge an extra fee of $20 for you to jump to the front for a rush job. Also Rush fees are non refundable if I have started on your work.

Holding files and copyright information:

Holding:
I am not held responsible for holding your commission image(s). If you happen to lose it within 6 months of the completion time I will re-send the image. If it is past that point, do not expect me to have the image after that time. If I still have the image past the 6 month period and you want the full-resolution version back I will charge a small holding fee of $2.

Copyright:
My policy stands that if you purchase my art you are entitled to only post (with credit) or print for your personal self. You do not have the right to distribute, re-sell in mass quantities, or use for selling on anything of any kind. I do not offer buying rights of my art of any kind so please don't ask.

Free art and viewing sketches:

TOS OF VIEWING SKETCH + FIXING:

You will get WIPs upon request. Please remember that I like to try and work as fast as I can so I will not always remember to send sketches, fixed sketches, lines etc.

However, if it is still pre-coloring phase and a WIP is requested I can send one. CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE PRE COLORING. PREFERABLY PRE LINING.

Free Art/Kiriban Rules:
-Do not harass me at any time to obtain free art from me. If I said I will do you something I will on my own free will as soon as I possibly can. This includes free art raffles.
-I have the right to refuse free art at any time.
-Free art is of my own artistic freedom, edits or changes will not be given at any time.

Only AFTER you have read my ENTIRE Terms of Service may you come to me and say "I have read the entire terms of service and agree to all terms listed.''

If you come to me and say "It's too long I'm not reading all of that." Or anything of the like, I will not take on your commission.

If you skip to the end and see this without reading the entire ToS I will not take on your commission.

WHEN COMMISSIONING ME:

What you should have:

-When commissioning me I request that you have payment either at the ready or your commission will be put on hold. I do not work until paid.

-I ONLY work with digital references where I can clearly see everything. No descriptions. No second life images. No traditional refs (the colors don't come through)

-Have a full description of what you want AT THE READY. While there are some instances artistic freedom is fun, it actually makes my job for you a LOT harder and I do not want to experience a client being unsatisfied with something they paid for if it isn't everything that they want.
