According to the FA staff no one on the Project Phoenix has access to users personal or private information/notes. And only certain admins can access that info and only under certain situations. That makes me wonder who these admins are and what kind of situations other than court orders. Not that I have all that great of faith in their security measures to begin with. The whole furor with the certain someone started because of a security breach and leaked notes.

Regardless of that there are other issues that have pushed me away from using FA as an upload site, the way the admins first reacted to the concerns by just banning people then taking so long to put out an actual response.

But even that was nothing compared to the multitude of posts attacking the victim from the incident. Regardless of whether the person was charged or even arrested for what he was acused of that does not make the victim a liar. That behavior towards rape victims is what has really pushed me away. I have even unwatched people on FA for spouting off some of the junk in journals.

Anyways, just posted that to clear up some stuff from my last journal, I'm also half asleep so I may edit this tomorrow when I'm more coherent.
