In the interest of opening commissions soon, I decided to post my TOS.
Rules:

These are incredibly important to me as they govern whether or not I will take your commission, how quickly it will be finished and explain my pricing guidelines. I intend to become a professional freelancer or perhaps work for a major company one day, therefore my art must be able to be shown to the public and professionals.

1. What I will NOT draw/do under any circumstance:

Hardcore Fetishes. I am absolutely not comfortable with this and I work on commissions at a public workplace at times. Stuff such as non-sexually explicit pregnancy is not a problem. If you have a question about it, ask. Some fetishes are case-to-case. Bottom line is no sexually explicit art. If you could show it to a professional agency/artist then theres a good chance I will draw it.

Porn. For reasons stated above. If I draw nudity, there will not be any sexually explicit material.

Copy another style. I am not a cheap alternative to another artist. I have my own style and I will not be used to get a cheap imitation.

Draw franchised characters. I am unable to legally draw copyrighted characters for profit. Please do not ask me to do so.

2. What I will draw/ do:

Anthro. I will draw male, female and children.

Human. Males take priority as I am not confident in my skill with drawing females yet.

Feral. I must have a ref to draw a creature that does not exist.

Original Characters. I love original characters. Bring them to me.

Tasteful Pinups.

Android Characters. I will draw them, but the more complex they are, the more I’ll expect you to pay.

If it’s not listed here, ask.

3. Payment is by Paypal only. I do not and will not take money orders/checks/etc. Half payment is expected after sketch approval, and the rest upon completion. The only exception to this is bust sketches which take me only a few minutes. Be warned that if I am not paid within a given time without any explanation, I will Blacklist you and will not be willing to deal with you.

4. You will be reminded once for the approval of the sketch and once about a due payment. If no response is received after the sketch reminder, the commission will be cancelled. If no payment is received after a reminder about a payment, you will not receive your finished commission and I will blacklist you.

5. Complex Details:

Feathered or Bat Wings

Complex/Intricate Clothing

Complex Markings (intricate tribal, stripes, spots)

Scales

Lots of Accessories or very detailed accessories

Intricate Mechanical Parts

Complex Backgrounds (only available for Full-bodies, otherwise the background will be one color or transparent)
