yoyo uvu so today i finally decided to buy some tea sampler stuff on adiagoteas site uhuhu
i bought the black tea orchard sampler
a valentines sample
and a summer rose sample! i looove trying new teas and i even bought the 16oz tea maker since id really like to get involved with my teas<333 when my mom in fl worked at a bistro ALL I DID WAS TEST THEIR TEA FLAVORS FOREVER
im supes excited for it!! it should be here by tuesday!
i personally love black orange pekoe- its my choice tea in the mornings. i do love tazos black tea blends also! ive had blueberry, orange, and some other fruit teas. id like to try more floral oriented teas though!
i make my teas with milk, sometimes honey, AND LOTS OF SUGAR LOL
i plan on making both hot and iced tea out of the samples i get uhuhu<3
SO MY FELLOW TEA LOVERS, LETS TALK TEA. best youve had? worst? any site recommendations for brands you enjoy? how do you take it?
aahhh orange tea is delicious. I had it once when I was sick. It made me feel so much better (both in spirits and illness wise).
Ahh I'm not the actual tea person but my friend is a darn near expert >8u; and She often goes to teavana I think it's called? They're a bit up in price but DANG IF THEY DON"T HAVE GOOD TEA UGHh and they have bunches of different flavors and stuff. I love flavorful tea ;u;
I wish I could get into tea, I really do ): My sister is a big tea drinker and loves trying new ones, but ehh I just can't seem to like the taste. But I keep trying it just in case I find one I do like haha. I'm totes a coffee drinker though xx
I DON'T really know many people that like both, tea vs coffee seems like you either like them, or you hate them... it's cool you give it a try despite not being into it tho! there are some teas that i'm like eeeh at, if it's really bland stuff. though i put sugar and milk so it sweetens it up a lot for me, and sometimes, that result isn't the best for stronger teas...
waahh you know i love my leaf water UEHUEUHEUE i haven't really got a chance to try out a lot of brands or anything though, chai teas are my favorite caffeinated choice (I think the stash makes a pretty good blend u7u) and then i do really like camomiles for before bed and stuff pfpft, I've been making a lot of milk teas recently and those are also good, i should invest in some tapioca pearls for them euheueue
ALSO have you ever had thai iced tea bby?? ; v ;
I love macha and earl gray!!! They're my favorites and I'm kind of a tea fanatic. Honestly though I'm also the type who will just drink two types for years and years...;
I love Green Tea! Jasmine, Herbal teas that have Apple, Peach, and Raspberry in it! <3
I wake up to Earl Grey or English Breakfast. I haven't had Black Orange Pekoe >//< I have one Chai tea 0v0;
I just have Lipton Yellow label Tea ALL DA TIEM Q v Q That and I drink my tea with milk, It's always delicious!
my friend sam really likes matcha, even has a sona named after it- but chrysanthemum tEA?? that sounds
strange
and i want it omg.. what's it taste like?
I have a Matcha tea character too XD
As for Chrysanthemum tea, The mix I have has some sorta rose buds and something else [too comfortable to move into the kitchen right now and look at the packages, but I can go look later if you like XD].
When brewed, the tea is very aromatic and smells flowery :3 It's a tea that is supposed help calm you down/de-stress and help with putting you to sleep~ I don't really put anything in it like sugar with matcha tea, and just drink it plain.
Got it at a tea shop in San Francisco for my mom, but she doesn't like the aroma so I drink it instead every now and then x3
I'm not much of a tea or a coffee person actually. (give me a nice hot chocolate over either of those any day)
I've tried pomegranate green tea before and that was okay, and I've tried ear grey (ick...) but I haven't really found any tea that I've liked yet. (the descriptions on adiagoteas always sound amazing though)
Ooh, hell yeah adagio teas! If you're looking for more floral tea, I cannot recommend their Rooibos Cinnamon Apple enough! It has a nice full baked apple flavor. Another one to check out is Peach Tranquility by Teavana. Teavana tends to be a bit more pricey than Adagio, but they're definitely the place to go for more herbal teas.
I have not ordered any teas online but I got a new tea recently that I adore. It is the only tea I have come across that I can stand to drink cold.http://www.tripleleaf-tea.com/chol.htm
I need to get myself a new teapot though as my old one broke.
I don't really like tea that much, though my only real reference is stuff like Lipton (which my former Mandarin teacher hated with a passion; he actively tried to get me to try different teas).
My mom, older sister, and aunt are all big tea drinkers though. They really like Teavana, which we've got nearby, and I think the one they were drinking the other day was an Orange Blossom one?
But yeah, different teas all sound like they'd taste so good, but I just haven't had the time to get into tea. |D
I love tea! Mostly black tea (or what they call red tea in China - my little sister sends sends me wonderful stuff from there) and fruit and flower blends. My current favourite is just a piece of ginger and a slice of lemon in boiling water. Better than all the packaged lemon teas. WIth my black tea I love creamy flavoured blends, like Highland toffee (amaaaaaazing with sugar and milk).
