Rules and Contract
By paying for an image from me you agree to and fully understand the following:

What I Won't Draw:

• Characters under 18 in sexual situations
• Bestiality
• Scat, pooping, soiling and Vomit
• Snuff
• My characters sexually with someone else's character OR sexually explicit images of my personal characters [The above also goes for commissioning my personal characters in sexual situations from other artists, if you don't have written permission, don't do it]
• Non-con/Rape
• Trademarked characters
• Generally if it's illegal to do it IRL I probably wont draw it. Feel free to ask though.
• Duplicate images: Please do not ask me to recreate or duplicate an already existing image line-for-line. This includes an image in my gallery or in another person's gallery/collection. If you want an image similar to another you must allow me some form of creative freedom in rendering you piece in order to make it unique or else I will not accept your commission and/or the agreement will be terminated.
• Characters that do not belong to you, without permission. Any image you present to me and all characters must either have the copyright held by you, be of your own creation, or be used with full permission. If it is found you are using other people's creations without their knowledge your commission will be terminated and refunded and/or you will be blacklisted from any further commissions from me.

What I'm not Confident at Drawing:

• Armor
• Architecture
• Human faces
• Comics

Keep in mind this is not at all a full list, if I feel uncomfortable with any subject matter I will let you know and we can work out an alternate idea. For ideas of what I will / can draw please refer to my gallery.

I reserve the right to terminate or refuse any commission at any time. For termination details please refer to the section on refunds.

Payment: Payment will be made up front and in full before I start work on the commission. Usually I will not send my papal address unless I have confirmed I will take your order but PLEASE don't send payment until we have both agreed on the terms of the commission.

Note: For online work I only accept Paypal. I do not accept money orders, mailed money, or mailed checks.

Progress Shots: This depends on the type of commission. I generally will not do progress shots for smaller work such as badges and sketches unless prompted to. Only large mistakes (such as markings or large character flaws) will be noted at the delivery and addressed case-to-case. For medium priced commissions (such as one character no background) a finished sketch may be shown before inking begins if requested. For higher priced commissions (those that may include a background or another character) thumbnails may be shown as well as sketches.

Revisions: Revisions are only done in the sketch and inked stages of a full commission. The sketch stage is the only stage where you may request the entire image to be redrawn. I will completely redraw a sketch once. Inked stage and on will receive changes within reason. There may be minor changes to the finished product of any commission. A total of 3 minor changes may be made once the commission is complete (ex: You find an error, I change it and send it back, you find another error, I change it; this would count as two changes). These changes need to be noted within one week of receiving the final piece. If you require more than three changes or you require a large change on a finished product you will have to pay extra depending on what needs to be changed.

Completion Time: Commission may take anywhere from a day (small commissions / sketches) to a few weeks (medium commissions or images with a backload) to a month (larger images) to complete. If I feel there is going to be a delay in the process you will receive a note letting you know. I try and keep the best contact I can with all my clients. If you need the product by a specific date PLEASE let me know so I can meet that deadline. Paid commissions with a deadline will be completed firs, paid commissions will be completed before trades, etc.

Shipping: It's very rare that I need to ship commissions as my art is mostly digital. If I do offer traditional or printed media shipping will depend on the size and amount being shipped. I will usually factor this into the price of the image.

Shipping Price: Though most of the work I offer from this site comes in digital form, sometimes I offer up originals, charms or merchandise that can be mailed. Please be aware that the shipping will be added in to the final cost of the item once agreed upon. This shipping will be the most basic and cheapest option available (ie: an envelope and stamp and some reinforcement). If you require a tracking number, insurance or any number of additions to have more security in your purchase please notify me before the transaction is complete. I will re-print and re-do custom, digital artwork in the off chance that it is lost in the mail but I will not replace originals except with a print. An 80% refund will be issued if the item you purchased did not reach and cannot be replaced in any fashion. If damaged in the mail please send photo evidence. Depending on the damage a refund may be issued up to 50% off original price or a new item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Badges that are mailed have a warranty of a year if being used lightly (what does not constitute light use: Wearing it to dances, through rigorous physical activity, to amusement parks, etc). If you badge breaks, snaps or the laminate is damaged by no fault of the buyers a new badge may be printed and mailed. No replacements on traditional badges other than a printed out scan that will be laminated. If the buyer loses the badge or is otherwise at fault a $5 replacement may be purchased.

Rights to the Image: I retain the full copyright to the image. I retain the right to post your image digitally and hold all reproduction rights. If you don't want your commission posted in my online galleries simply let me know and I will keep it offline for no extra charge. I may use your image in my own publications offline. If you do not wish your image to be used in a printed or CD publication an extra payment percentage will be requested. You have the right to distribute the artwork I produce for you, as is, in digital form for non-profit and personal use only; unless directed otherwise in our correspondence. You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes (ex: logos, layouts, print sales, stickers, generally anything you can sell). If you wish to use my artwork for commercial reasons, you will need to purchase the rights from me. If you wish to purchase these rights feel free to contact me and we can work out a price. If, at any time after the grace period, you wish to make changes to the artwork please ask permission or pay a small fee to have me change them for you. If you would like my artwork to be edited by another artist after purchase permission must also be given, in writing.

Refunds: If a commission is terminated at any time I will refund only for the work I have NOT completed.
Example: You paid 20$ for a commission (say it's an ink drawing), I complete the sketch. The next day you decide to terminate the commission for whatever reason. I will hand you the sketch and refund you 10$ since half of the project was completed. You will receive the sketch and retain the distribution rights to it stated above. I retain the rights to alter the sketch or remaining work into another piece for my portfolio.

If you and unhappy with a commission you have gotten from me you have 2 weeks after the commission is handed over to let me know any changes that need to be made. After that time I will assume that you are satisfied with the product and any change inquires made after will be declined.

Any sketch or ink drawing that is not approved by the buyer is subject to reselling, with all aspects of your personal character removed, at the artist's discretion.
