Prices will change as our skills and customer base increases, however if you have commissioned us and sent deposit and our prices go up you will not be charged extra. At the moment we are NOT doing quadsuits, however as our skills grow we might begin to make them some time in the future.

Terms of Service

Payment:

• We need 30% deposit so that we can buy materials, this is non-refundable.
• We only accept money through paypal, unless it can be paid in person.
• Payment plans can be arranged, but full payment including shipping must be paid before the finished product is mailed.
• If a customer fails to complete payment in 6 months the product may be cancelled and resold. The customer will then be refunded what they have already paid, not including deposit.
• There will be an extra charge to add details such as clothes/props.
• If you want to change something while I am in the process of making your suit please message us to discuss this as there will also be an extra charge depending on how much you want changed and if it is possible to change it.
• We live in the United Kingdom, and our currency is Great British Pounds [GBP]. We will not accept payments of different currency, and/or equivalent calculations that result in us receiving an uneven amount of money, these payments will be reversed and you will be asked to try again until it is right. If you need to view our prices in a different currency you can use google currency converter.

Shipping:

• Customer will be required to pay for shipping.
• Shipping cost will not be included in costume quote and final price.
• Products will not be mailed until the full payment including shipping has been sent/received.

Warranty:

• All of our products have a 60 day warranty which covers any faults by us [missing claws, popped seams, etc]. Any damage made by the customer such as improper care/storage will be repaired but the customer will have to pay shipping to us and back.
• Warranty void if there are alterations to the product made by someone other than us.
• Contact us about any repairs after the warranty has ended and we can discuss options and prices.
• If an item that is sent back is in unfavourable conditions [soiled/unclean] then I will return it immediately and not do any repairs until the product is cleaned properly.

Essentials:

• You must send a duct tape dummy or measurements. A DTD will fit better and will be easier for us however. There are plenty of tutorials on youtube and all over the internet to help you with it.
• We also need a detailed description and/or picture of what you want your fursuit/product to look like, both are appreciated, but a picture would be preffered.
• For hand/feet parts we will need measurements of your hand [top of thumb to top of pinky with hand stretched out] and feet size. Feet paws will be made around comfortable slippers, indoor will have fur on bottom, outdoor will have durable padding on bottom.

All finished costumes will be shortly worn and photographed for portfolios and promotional material. If there is any problems with this please feel free to message us and we can discuss options.

For digital fursuit traces, I need a HQ front view [can be slightly sideways/turned] photo of your fursuit head.
