I do office admin and capacity-building work for a nonprofit in rural, upstate NY.

What do you like about yourself?

I learn fast, I'm pretty smart, and I'm good at putting words together.

What do you dislike about yourself?

I have a lot of health issues. Which in turn taught me to lack motivation and get a lot less done than I'm capable of.

What did your friends notice about you when they first met you?

I don't know! Seems like everyone gets a slightly different first impression.

What is your belief/religion if you believe in anything at all?

I used to be an Eastern Orthodox Christian. Now I'm lapsed/agnostic.

Do you drink?

I reallyreally like hard ciders, but I typically avoid drinking for health reasons. I also limit myself to two or three drinks in a single night, because more than that and I'll seriously regret it the next day, even if I wasn't all that buzzed.

Do you smoke?

I will smoke the occasional cigarillo as a last resort when I really need to stay awake, since caffeine doesn't work for me for that purpose. This usually only happens when I work a full day at a really stressful job.

What are your major fears?

I dunno. My health worsening, I guess, and no one ever figuring out what is wrong with me.

Do you have any dreams or goals?

I want to be a published author.

Have you ever had a crush or an ex?

I have a handful of ex-boyfriends, some of whom might be surprised to know I was a lesbo all along.

I wouldn't eat food at all if I didn't have to.

What's your least favorite food?

Wheat, barely, rye, oats, soy, and dairy products (... those are all my food allergies)

What do you drive and what would you really like to drive?

I drive an Isuzu SUV, stick shift, which is all busted up in the front from a car-wreck I got into recently. I hate driving and would much rather live in a bicycle-friendly place with good public transportation than rely on a car.

What pet peeves do you have?

Eh, they're mostly grammatical. I also hate passive-aggressiveness.

What do you dislike about life?

Getting sick and not knowing what caused it.

What do you like about life?

Humanity, art, nature... even melancholy. I just like being alive I guess.
