do loud noises count. loud, sudden noises like coughing or slamming a book idk. loud concerts or loud movies or just loud conversations are all fine, but loud, sudden sounds just put me on such edge and if i'm really concentrating on something i'll straight up scream on reflex.
in ap bio my junior year of hs the girl i was sharing a lab table w/ sneezed while i was working on a concentration piece and i fuckin screamed. i screamed and our teacher got mad at her and sent her to the back of the room. ruining people's lives w/ my misophonia.
