You know, I hate it when parents lie to their children to make them behave and they involve me. Like when I wait in line at a grocery store and the kid does something like bumping on my back by accident and when I look back their parents say something like “See? He’s getting angry, if you don’t behave he is going to take you away.”

Are you serious?

Who the bloody hell are you to consider me as a possible subject who could take your kids away when they are bored? I’m sorry but I’m not gonna be part of this ever again. I swear next time it happens I’m gonna say something like “Hey, why are you involving me in this mess? Are you taking me for some sort of criminal who kidnaps children? It’s bad enough that you lie to your kid like that and now you want to use me for your own needs? I don’t even wanna know how much you have lied to your poor offspring!

Honestly now, what kind of parent would rather have their kids get kidnapped? Answer: the horrible kind, are you a bad parent then? No? Then prove me wrong and keep your lies to yourself. Shame on you…”

So please stop doing that, it’s gross and it makes people feel disgusted when they are involved in a lie like that. Seriously, it’s so weird.
