Prejudiced people. Not even ignorant people, just people who are completely aware of how awful they are being yet continue to be that way anyway. So basically people who say stuff that starts with "This is gonna sound racist but-", "I don't mean to be sexist but-", or "Not to be the homophobe/transphobe in the room but-" and the like.
