ToS
-I always take full payment upfront, no exceptions. I will refund you if I think I will not be able to finish your commission but I will not refund you if you are initially unhappy with the final product (I will work with you to fix the image, within reason, so that you are happy, though!). Please look over my art carefully and make sure you like what I do before commissioning!

-Make sure you want to commission ME when you commission me. I'm not here to imitate anyone's style. Asking me to draw something more cartoony is fine, I've done that before with no problem. Showing me a picture from another artist and asking me to do that style is not okay.

-If your character has wings, it's +$10 for bird wings, and +$15 for bat/dragon wings.

-Don't add stuff on at the very tail end of a commission when it was not in the original reference and you did not tell me about it before when I had no way of knowing. Or, if you do, it's just common sense to expect me to charge for adding those wings/ changing that hair or whatever. I'm not talking about something I missed, I'm talking if I've finished the commission, show you, and you decided that you want her to have a DIFFERENT hairstyle now and ask me to change it. No, sorry. If it's very simple I might do it but there will be some $$ involved.

-I show an initial sketch for a reason! If there's something you don't like about a picture, then's the time to tell me. I'd rather hear it from you then hear later that 'so and so didn't like the picture because of x' and x was an easily fixable thing. Trust me, I won't get upset if you ask me to change something at this stage. Total pose redraws are fine ONE TIME, so please be specific if you want something specific.

-But no endless changes! I will make some changes to sketches no problem but there is a point where it gets ridiculous. You know where that point is. Don't push it.

-I charge per-character. I do not give discounts for more characters in the image usually (though I may run specials from time to time), and if you want to include my characters in the image there is still no discount. In fact I rarely give out discounts at all, so don't ask please.

-What I will and won't draw is up to my discretion. If it looks underage and you want it in a suggestive situation, I won't draw it. I will also never draw non-con/rape situations. If you want to perceive something that way, that's you're thing, but when I draw it all parties are consenting, even if they may look a little surprised or uneasy. I will also never draw sexual ferals. Taurs are no exception. If you like that kind of stuff that's fine (sans the cub stuff I really don't like it at all) but don't ask me to draw it.

-Clean ferals and taurs are cool though, I love drawing them. Clean child stuff is okay too.

-I love it when you guys and ladies post what you commission from me on your accounts, webpages, whatever and wherever you want (for personal use)! It makes me all fuzzy that you'd like the art to want to show it off. However, do please understand when you're commissioning me, that if you repost my art it is still representing me and my work, so don't make any huge drastic edits without letting me know what you plan to do with it, please! I will be okay with it 95% of the time, when it comes to most reasonable edits. (After the commission is finished, I usually do not offer to make edits, that's why I'm pretty much okay if you do it, if you ask me. I will not go back to a commission after it's finished because you decided you wanted to change X about your character and now the pic is inaccurate.)

If you're making small innocuous edits like changing eye color, getting rid of some markings, shading a flatcolored piece you commissioned from me or coloring lineart you commissioned from me, you don't even need to ask me because I am 100% okay with those kinds of alterations to my art. Go for it.

If I say no to the bigger edits though, don't do it anyways, that is very disrespectful. Trust me, I don't say no just to be mean, in fact I have never said no to anyone's request to edit my art so far. I mean you CAN do it if I say no, but don't expect to be able to commission me again.
Examples of what I would say NO to are editing an image to make it appear like your character is using the bathroom, sexually involved with minors, adding erect penises or vulvae onto feral animals, things like that. Editing my work is not a way to get around what I will not draw.

In the description of those images that you have edited off of work that you have gotten from me, do remember to still credit me, as well as state that you have edited the image. Thank you!

I think that's it, but more stuff may be added in the future!

THIS IS WHAT I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DRAW FOR YOU. There is some of it above, but I'm going to make this nice and clear so you can just see at a glance if I won't be able to draw your fetish for you and save us some time.

I WILL NOT draw...
-Cubs doing anything sexual or suggestive. This includes characters who look cublike as well.
-Ferals or Taurs doing anything sexual
-Any kind of vore that is not through the mouth
-Non con/Rape
-Hyper
-Inflation
-Hateful art
-Death when depicted sexually
(list may be added to as I encounter/think of more things)
