Welcome to Shark_Furs, the first group dedicated solely to shark anthros and those who love them!

While we try and be as accommodating to all of our group members as possible, we do have some rules that must be followed at all times, and must be stated. We do refer to these as much as possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RULES AND GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MAY BE REWRITTEN AT ANY TIME!!

General Rules
Note: These rules apply to both conduct within the group and within the Skype chat group and apply to both members and moderators.

• Be polite to your fellow sharks whilst in public view. What you do in your own privacy is your own business, but Shark_Furs will have nothing to do with personal issues or drama. If it does not concern the group or the Skype group, leave us out of it and take it to the proper administration.
• Be polite to anyone who isn't a shark! The same respect should be given for us as well; any nonsharks must be polite to our sharks.
• We do not discourage anyone from joining us, and anyone found doing so will be removed from the group and blacklisted from all future events!
• We do NOT accept adult/explicit materials.
• We do NOT accept fetish work, even if deemed SFW.
• Comments regarding our icon will be removed. We know it's funny.

Submission Guidelines
Unlike our previous way to submit shark images, thanks to Weasyl's collection feature, we can collect images much easier and still retain the ability to give the original artist credit and not spam you guys with DO NOT FAVE!
In order to submit to the group, all you must do is offer your shark-related piece to our collection. It will be featured on the front page, as we will be featuring our Collection instead of Submissions.

• Any works not made by you (ie, commissioned images) must be sent to us IN NOTE with an artist's approval to allow us to add it to our collection as well as a link to said image. If not, the image will be denied.
• Any works not made by you that are submitted in your gallery that you wish to offer to our collection MUST BE SENT WITH THE ORIGINAL ARTIST'S APPROVAL IN NOTE. If not, the image will be denied.
• Works made exclusively for Shark_Furs will be put directly into Submissions.
• All images are subject to review by Shark_Furs moderation, and may be denied entry. We will only deny images that do not comply with our guidelines, which include the following: Fetish work Adult/explicit artwork Images containing genitalia (penis and vagina, does NOT include nipples) (both aroused and non) Images containing any touching of genitalia whether shown or not (ex., grinding, masturbation, naked hugs/touching) Images containing any clear/implied adult themes, such as grinding or penetrative sex (vaginal/anal/oral), with no visual genitalia. Images containing any clear/implied fetish themes, such as fat/vore/baby/cub/etc.

Skype Chat Group Guidelines

• As with group rules, the same rules apply here as well. You MUST be polite to all members, or face verbal warning/kicking from the group. Depending on the severity/occurrence of the action, you may be immediately kicked.
• As such, all members must be polite to new members. Any member found not treating a fellow shark with the same level of respect given will be subject to warning and/or kick from the group.
• Respect the mods. Any disrespect will result in a verbal warning or a kick, depending on the severity.
• If you feel as if a moderator is abusing their power or otherwise, please feel free to contact xXMrMittens with your concerns.
• If you have any concerns about a specific member or rule, please feel free to contact xXMrMittens as well.
• Image/video linking is allowed in the group, but if the image contains NSFW material, it must be given a warning attached to it stating such. Failure to follow this will result in a verbal warning.
• Once you are kicked, you may be permanently kicked, depending on the severity of your situation. If you are not permanently kicked (we will state this to you from the beginning), you are considered suspended for 24 hours (a cool-down period). Once 24 hours have passed, you will be allowed re-entry (provided that a majority of the members do not object to your re-entry. If this is the case, then you will not be allowed back in for the safety of the group). If you are kicked again, you are permanently kicked. No exceptions.
• Image/conversation title is ONLY allowed to be changed by moderators. All titles/images MUST be SFW.

Admin/Moderator Guidelines
ALL moderators, regardless of position, are required to act with a level of professionalism and with an unbiased view. If you feel this has not been met, contact xXMrMittens or Tonilyn with your concerns.

• All moderators are required to treat each member with dignity and respect. If a moderator is having difficulty with the current situation presented, it is advised for them to seek help of the other mods or brought to the attention of MIttens and Tonilyn. This may happen if: The moderator knows the user personally and cannot give an unbiased opinion The user is being extremely rude to the moderator The moderator is unsure of how to react to the situation
• All user information/private logs are confidential, and interactions between moderator and user will remain strictly private.
• All mods must interact with a level of respect. Moderator status may be revoked or given at any time, due to certain circumstances such as: high levels of inactivity, disrespect to users.
• All cases of accused violations will be treated as a case-by-case course of action. All users involved will be brought together in a discussion with the Owner/Lead Admin.
