gonna be cross-posting some old art from my fa to make this account a little less empty. mostly recent personal art, but does anyone have any requests?
re: bite and apocalypse wips - workin on those tonight! took a hiatus on them when the semester was getting into gear since they needed some fundamental composition + anatomy work, but i'm gonna try and knock at least bite by the morning.
guh, the gorey pieces. they're so adolescently wonky since they were my first sorta foray into thinking about pieces as a whole instead of subject-centric. after my ~12 pieces in 4 months~ crosshatch-athon in 2011 i kinda distanced myself from "gorey" technique, but i'd really love to pick it back up. curious to see what i can do w/ it after 3 years, maybe when i've finished the pieces on my plate ;>
thanks for the suggestions! i'll see what i can dredge up from the bowels of my hard drive (⁰▿⁰)
haha, I can totally sympathize with finding older pieces not up to your current standards......just mentioned the Gorey stuff because that was what got me watching you on FA in the first place. In that case if I were you, I'd work on cross posting most of the stuff you currently have posted to your Tumblrs to here, because most of that stuff is fucking awesome! I can't even be specific..... But Tumblr->Weasyl would be the way to go if you want to populate this gallery quickly without dredging up embarrassing old stuff.
I just love your inking/shading technique so much, it's wonderfully distinctive!

Hell, your FA gallery is pretty sparsely populated at the moment, bring everything over! Seriously, almost all your submissions are worthy, imho.
