The bleh-ness I was feeling a week ago turned out to be some kind of weird flu-like illness. Mostly better now, but it's knocked me back a bit. I'll try to catch up on things ASAP..

And since posting that last journal, I see people have been given more incentive to come over to Weasyl, too. It's still new enough that it looks all shiny and promising and hasn't had much time to give people a million reasons to dislike it yet. I hope they will continue to improve the site anyway, it has some pretty cool features so far but there's still a few things that bug me about it.
With so many people apparently fully leaving FA for here, I'm thinking perhaps maybe just posting exclusively ugly sketches to here, as has been the case so far, might not be the best idea. I hardly ever draw "personal" or character themed art anymore, anyway. At least with having folders over here, I can organise and keep all the crappy personal sketchthings separate from commission stuff and other stuff.
Now to stop procrastinating...

    Well hopefully the flu of blah goes away quickly. Viruses do not seem to understand how quickly they out stay their welcome.

    And yes with the sudden surge of movement it may be worth it to post other things as well. Couldn't hurt at least but entirely your choice.

    If you'd like to have a folder as a 'scraps' folder, I believe there is an option to stop submissions being added to said folder from showing up on the front page or in people notifications. So you can post all the sketches you want without worrying about spamming your watchers' inboxes :>

    Not implying that that I think your sketches are spam! Just thought you might find that feature useful~

    I really wish that FA would get its shit together, I don't want to have to leave/I don't want it to die. The ads make commissions so much easier to get and having to build an audience at a totally new place when I have issues getting an audience AT ALL ANYWHERE is a real bitch.

    So I dunno eh. Cries.

    It'd be cool if Weasyl had some ad stuff or something too for artists. That's like FAs only redeeming quality at the moment. >.>
