Try to smile, even if it's really hard. Do at least one thing every day to make yourself smile or happy, even if you are only happy for a second. Go for a walk, take a breather... take your dog with you maybe, or even a sketch pad!
Have a great day, even if it sucks, make the best of it! You'll make it through, just keep going!
