I decided this year I needed to make an effort to be more professional. So in an effort to do just that I'm making a ToS. This is a basic guideline for do's and don'ts of commissioning me, What I will and won't do, some little helpful hints, info you need to know. All that.

I send invoices for out of stream commissions! When you commission me send me your paypal so I can send the invoice.
I ask for payment in stream, to save time. I will give you my paypal in stream. Please send the payment as 'goods and service' without shipping please.

I reserve the right to make changes, and add onto this as I see fit!

I will:
✓ Send you an invoice in a timely manner upon you commissioning me.
✓ Issue a refund if I have showed you the sketch and you do not like the pose after I have tweaked it for you. I am willing to work with you to get you what you want, so please do not automatically ask for a refund. Or if within 24 hours you reconsider.
✓ Edit the image if I have made an error for no extra charge. Or if it is because of lack of information/bad reference sheet, once. If You find things later that need changed you may be subject to a minor fee.
✓ Stream your commission upon request. For no extra charge.
✓ Provide WIPs (sketch, lines, flats) Upon request.
✓ Do payment plans for larger commissions, and more expensive ones.
✓ Email you the high res picture upon request.
✓ Add onto a picture you commissioned from me at a later date (ex shading, background)
✓ Take Steam wishlist games in exchange for art, Up to the value of the game at time of purchase.
✓ Talk to you, yes! If you want to talk to me, feel free to leave me a shout. I am very friendly and definitely do not mind talking to my watchers!

I will NOT:
✖ Color another persons art work as a commission without them contacting me giving me permission. If I get permission the upgrade fee applies.
✖ Draw cub porn or Scat. Sorry no.
✖ Draw you free art unless I have a freebie stream going on, or a freebie journal. Do not ask otherwise please. I make my living off of commissions.
✖ Yiff with you, No. Sorry. I am not into that. Just because I draw Mature material does NOT mean I want to sex rp with you. So please do not try its really creepy and it makes me not want to add anyone to my messengers.
✖ Do an Art trade with anyone I don't know, or anyone that is not active.
✖ Refund your money after you have approved the lineart unless it is an absolute emergency. I am fairly understanding, so if you really need the money back for something important feel free explain the situation to me. If you do get it refunded I will put your commission on 'hold' and you are free to repay the price for me to start it up again. I will not delete it unless you tell me to. But if you do not get back to me within three months I will revise the sketch and sell it as a prepose.
✖ Price match with other artists. Now if you are saying something along the lines of "my art is worth more" Then thats fine but do not try to get me to 'price match' with another artist for a discount. It is very offensive.
✖ Feature you upon request. I only feature artists I want to. So please do not ask.

"DOs"
★Be respectful and understand that I may not get back to you the minute you note me or comment. If a day goes by and I haven't replied, a friendly poke in my shout box would be more then welcomed. I am human and I may get sidetracked, think I already replied, or FA may decided to eat the note as it sometimes does.
★Note me with an inquiry about a commission, giving me links to refs, details on poses (pictures if you have a specific pose/angle in mind), What tier of a commission you want (sketch, colored sketch, flats, etc), any time restraints that I need to be aware of, and a link to any deal I may have going on. Keep in mind I have a price list Here. If you have questions feel free to ask!
★Pay in a timely manner when we've agreed on a price, and what you'd like. I expect payment before art is done, unless you are one of my regulars. Its nothing personal, I just need to know I'm getting paid for the effort I put into the commission.
★Keep in mind I have a personal life outside of commissions, and that I may just need a break from working so I don't burn out. If your commission is time sensitive please let me know prior to me starting so I am not surprised by a deadline.
★Repost your art with a link back to me : Jellybeanlies icon: (without the spaces) or a link back to the your art that I posted on my account.
★ Feel free to write stories to accompany your commission!

"Don'ts"
╳ Do NOT expect me to price match with any other artist. It is extremely offensive, especially when my prices are not that bad. If you can't afford a full picture look out for my pwyw (pay what you want) streams, or any other deal I may have. And I am always willing to do payment plans, and let you split the cost of a picture with one of your friends.
╳ Please do not claim my art as your own, Only the commissioner can repost the art I've drawn for them or whom they commissioned for. Only linearts that say 'free for use' are free for you to use.
╳ Do not ask me to do free art for you if I am not doing a freebie stream, or have a freebie journal active.
╳ Do not ask me to draw NSFW cubs, That is a huge no! No matter what you offer I will not draw Nsfw cubs. G rated cubs I will draw, and I am fine with that! But please respect my views on the subject.
╳ Do not leave rude comments or crits on commission work. I will hide it. Out of respect for the commissioner.
╳ Do not advertise for your own stream in my streams, or link to your profile unless someone asks. Or if I say otherwise in stream. Also do not do this on my profile either.
╳Do not trace my artwork, I will report you. Just the same do not use my characters without my permission, if you are unsure if you can draw them just ask me. If you want to draw a gift then please consult http://www.furaffinity.net/user/jellybeans-gifts On the profile is a list of my likes.
╳ Do not get a lineart and ask someone else to color it for you, you may color it but I do not give permission for anyone else to color my work.
╳ Break up the notes into separate ones with only one bit of the conversation on it. It makes it hard to keep track of information.
