EDIT 2-20-14: I no longer require forms sent via google docs. I have split my form and simplified it to standard commissions and custom character design. Both forms are found on my website under the tab "Order" and are only 5 questions~
I was told google docs may not be reliable and didn't want my commissioners to have to visit several websites to place an order. I appreciate feedback and how i can improve my system, thank you c:

There are just a few points i want to make for people interested in commissioning me, custom adoptable info, etc~
Because i am active on 4 total art sites and it's becoming difficult to keep track of all the commission notes i built a website just for that purpose!!
On my website you can find literally everything you can think of (i put a lot of thought and time into setting it up).

Here are the main points i wish for people to know:

-If you have any questions before submitting the form please feel free to note me!
-Review my policies and FAQ if you have any questions (located on my website). If you see something that is not mentioned you may note or email me
-You can now check the commission status of any order on my website! I keep it up to date so you don't have to note me about my progress. However, please feel free to do so at any time!
