Ahhh, it was a long time ago, idr much but I'll try my best ;v;
Basically DA didn't deal with some art thef/tracing claims from a really popular artist and she filed tons of report that were either ignored or ridiculed. And DA told her that they will not deal with it since even though it was sort of traced, it was also a bit different. On FA, they hired a dude who was a known sex offender + raipst and everyone went crazy. Even after the backlash, they stuck with the decision and also let go several of the communities staff that were liked by the users. Both of those scandals went viral on tumblr so a lot of ppl made the move to weasyl. I still use DA and FA but I rly like my username so I'm basically active on the three sites >v<;;
