So this is another poem/lyric set I wrote.
I hope you enjoy it.

Nice Couple:

I don't keep a calendar anymore cause I don't want to count the days that you've been gone.
And I could write a sad going away song to part with you and I know you'd sing along,
And you wouldn't know what hit you,
When you feel a deep pain inside you.
I'll know that I did this to you.
I would sign a card saying thanks for all the memories,
And then i would pack up all my shit again and leave.
Just leave.
But then I remember that you already left,
Me all alone and myself I kept,
Around to spend the time but now I'm not sure where myself has gone.
He hasn't kept in touch with me,
And if either of you is hearing this let me tell you now I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that you both left me empty and alone,
And I'm sorry that it's took me so fucking long,
To realize that having you around was where I went wrong.
Now I let myself go,
And it took me really long,
But I'm better now,
And it's all because the both of you are gone.
I guess have a nice trip to wherever the hell the two of you are going,
And I hope you are together cause it comforts me in knowing,
That everything you said to me wasn't a lie,
And that's why my insides packed their things, walked out the door, and said goodbye.
So goodbye.
I guess everything I needed to say is said and done,
I hope that this finds you well inside of all the dreams we made,
