I'M DROWNING IN YARN

Making yarn tails is the most time consuming craft that I make as of now. Each tail requires a minimum of two weeks of non-stop work to complete, and even more if I actually do normal stuff such as eat or sleep while in the process of making one. Yarn tails are made from 100% acrylic yarn but can also be made in limited colors from alpaca (yes, actual alpaca fur). Each one of my tails are super soft and require a little bit of maintenance to guarantee they remain in the shape they were shipped in. Due to this, I ship all of my tails in a tube (which I recommend hanging on to for proper storage), a care guide, and a comb (normal brushes rip the fluff out). Each tail is built onto a ring and come with a carabiner for easy attachment to a belt or loop of some sort. If the top of the tail is not covered, a safety pin can be inserted for attachment onto a material if a belt or belt loop is not available. Each one of my tails also comes with a brass tag that is hand stamped with the name of choice on the top. This serves as an identification for who the tail belongs to if lost, but it is also cute to have a little tag on it as well.

All of the tail prices include the cost of shipping added into them automatically. Some people may wonder why I charge considerably more for the rainbow and neon rainbow colored tails than I do normal tails, and that is for two reasons. Firstly, the amount of yarn I have to purchase to do a rainbow tail (7-8 bundles) is considerably more than what is required for a normal tail (2-3 bundles). The neon rainbow tails also cost more than the regular rainbow tails because the bundles that come in the neon colors are 2/3rds the size of the regular color bundles and cost an entire $1.00 more than the regular colors do for whatever reason. Normal tail pricing includes up to 3 separate colors, but any additional color past three costs extra per color. All tails I make are 1 1/2 feet long, but can be made shorter or longer upon request. Tails longer than 3 feet cost extra per foot.
