Note: These can change at any moment as I add new crafts.

The Basics

-I reserve the right to refuse any request.
-All of my items come with a care guide. Each item is hand crafted, therefore, may be more delicate than something purchased from a factory. For this reason, it is very important to follow the guide.
-I DO NOT and WILL NOT guarantee time limits. I have a life and college to deal with that will always come before my crafts. If you are expecting something immediately, I can attempt to finish it by a deadline, however, I would require at least 2 weeks for all tails. Rosaries can be finished in an hour after the request is made (granted that I already have the colors).
-My crafts are made in a room that is isolated from animals. I also do not smoke. If there is any concern about allergies please let me know.
-All commissions are first come first serve. I go in a very strict order, and I will not skip over anyone as this is not fair.

Payment

-All payments need to be made via Paypal or purchases need to be made on Ebay. There are two ways to do this:
-If you already have a Paypal, simply transfer money to me. (Do NOT send money as a gift, only as goods/service. This causes Paypal to lose out on their processing fee and can cause my account to be shut down, resulting in not only refusal to complete a requested commission, but I will not refund any money)
-Through an invoice which is sent to your email of choice directly. Through this secondary method, only a debit/credit card is required. Once the invoice is received, follow the link to pay for your goods without needing to have a Paypal account.
-I require a $10.00 deposit for all crafts and art up front before I start on it. I have discovered the hard way that some people will refuse to pay after receiving their item, which causes me to lose out on not just money, but labor and time as well. This is to protect my time. Once finished, I require the rest of the cost BEFORE I ship the item.
-I do not require deposits on rosaries, but I require payment before shipping.
-I will NOT refund money on any crafts that are commissioned and/or purchased from me. I will not ship anything I am not happy with. If I do decide I am not happy, I will redo the item in question until I am satisfied enough to ship it. I am very picky about my work.
-All shipping costs have been added into the prices seen on this site. I require additional shipping costs for people outside the United States.

In regards to asking about a work in progress, please ask away, but do not harass me. Aggravating me every single day will not make me work on your commission any faster. Rude behavior will not be tolerated, either. If you do not want to wait for me to finish your commission, then I will simply refund half of your deposit and sell it to someone else who will appreciate the time it takes to create something by hand.
