I don't know what I'm doing by KeiraKain

I don't know what I'm doing over here on weasyl. I need someone to explain to me all the extra stuff I can do on here as opposed to FA, because I'm kinda lost and confused!

I don't know what I'm doing

Let me get you started then!

    AVATAR IMAGE
Look at the Upper Right corner of the page. Click on "settings"
On the left-most column, you will see AVATAR IMAGE. Go there.
    Upload your icon!

    BANNER IMAGE
Located right underneath AVATAR IMAGE under the "settings" menu.
You can upload in the same manner.
Keep in Mind: Banners are 1650 Width x 250 Height
Keep in Mind: Banners can be ANIMATED, too!

    COMMISSION PRICES
Click on that link just a little bit further on down the "settings" menu if you want.
You can use that to showcase on your User Page what your prices are!
Very convenient, quick to do, easy to change. Everyone gets to see it when glancing at your page, too!

    PROFILE INFORMATION
You can click on this to change your Commission Status (whether or not you are open), Profile, displayed info. Simple stuff!

    SUBMISSION FOLDERS
Click on this under PREFERENCES for some lovely options!
Feel free to add as many folders as you want! I usually start off with PERSONAL ART and ART BY OTHERS, just to make things easy.
When you Submit things to your account, you can then place them in any folder you want. Keeps things organized!

    SUBMITTING THINGS!
Take a look at the Upper Left corner of the screen. Click on Submit.
Choose the format that works best for you.
Almost all of the steps are the same as FA and such. You can also place the image in a particular folder if you want.
Note: Placing something in a folder is just like over at DA. Everyone can still see the new submission, but it's easily sorted for later!
Tagging is easy. Just focus on the most important aspects of the picture, then separate between them with a space.

That should hopefully get you started~! ^ ^
