~ Because I use my mothers paypal account & cannot check if payments are sent, you must note me a screenshot with proof that you sent the payment. Until you do so, I will not send you the full unmarked version.

~ NO RESELLING/TRADING/GIFTING/ETC. People never tell me when the owners change over so I can't keep track. Because of this rule always being disregarded, I've had to change it. I'm sorry.

~ If you tire of the character, either dump it away in a folder on your computer or return it and I will find it a home for free or keep it.

~ You may choose the gender of your character. You may add to your design. You may change minor details about it but please try to keep it recognizable.

~ You must credit me as the artist/creator of the original art & design.

~ And last but not least...this is optional...but please feel free to show me any artwork you do or get of your character. I love seeing what is being done with them. Add ~chu~ into your comment so I know you read the rules.
