I'm not going to pretend to even know the full story. All I know is that there's some pretty serious allegations being thrown around regarding a member of FA's redesign team. It also seems pretty shady with how the FA staff is responding to this criticism and does nothing to bolster their position.

I'm just going to keep an eye on the events as they unfold. I just started posting on FA again after being gone for over a year (because some people were being asshats towards me.) and in light of the current revelations, I'm questioning the decision to start posting on FA again.

I try to be like Switzerland and not get involved in other peoples' disputes. I will say this: We are all responsible for our own actions or inaction. I only wish to spread awareness of the issue, I'm not here to pass judgement on either side.

I can't put too much stock in the current announcement that FA is going to be redesigned. They've announced a redesign so many times over the years that they're starting to sound like they're crying wolf. Even if it happens it feels like it's too little too late.

Weasyl and Tumblr are going to be my main posting spots, even as infrequently as I post (hey, my corporate art keeps me too busy to really devote too much time to the furry arts.) FA, I'm not going to completely leave just yet. There's still artists that I follow over there. That, and I don't want to be that person that constantly goes "I'm here! I'm leaving! I'm back! Lol, JK! Bye! HI!" etc.
In other news: 2014 is shaping up to be a really interesting year. One of those years where all that cautious optimism and perseverance seems to finally be paying off.
