IMPORTANT: When hiring an artist, you are commissioning their personal style and skill level. Please view my gallery for examples of my work.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation. My signature MUST remain on all images provided. Reposting is allowed by the commissioner and any other parties involved, but credit must be given to the artist. I exclusively own full rights to the image unless otherwise negotiated.

At LEAST one (1) pictorial reference for each character and a brief description of what is desired (such as theme, background details, poses, etc.) is required. If you are unsure what I will or can illustrate, please inquire by email.

On all types of commissions, the Commissioner is allowed two (2) small revisions at no extra cost prior to the flat color stage. Any corrections needed that were not stated in the reference(s) or on the commission request form may result in an additional fee. This is determined on a case by case basis. NOTE: Once linework has been approved, no revisions to the poses/backgrounds will be permitted. Once the commission is complete and payment has been received you will receive the finished image and lineart in .PNG format.

Payment

All payments are to be made via Paypal to bluejaydragoness@gmail.com

For smaller commissions, payment is expected after the initial sketch is approved by the Commissioner. I will be willing to accept half payments after the initial sketch for larger pieces, and the second half of the payment after completion. Initial payments must be received within 48 hours of the first accepted sketch. The second payment is expected within 48 hours of completion of the piece, unless other arrangements are made. The finished piece will be shown with heavy watermarking for your approval, and only after full payment is received will I release the final image with only one artist signature/watermark present. If payment is NOT made within this time and no communication received, this constitutes a breach of contract and no refund will be issued and will result in the Commissioner being blacklisted.

NOTE: In the event that a complete redraw is requested, the Commissioner must pay a fee equivalent to that tier’s base price. For example, if the commission has progressed to the flat color stage, the Commissioner must pay an additional $30 (even if there are extras added). If the commission has only progressed to the lineart stage and must be redrawn, only a $15 fee will be incurred.

Refunds and Cancellations

Absolutely no refunds will be issued unless for some reason I cannot complete your commission. If that happens, I will determine what level your image has reached (ie. completed flat colors on a Shaded commission) and refund the remaining amount. I do reserve the right to cancel the commission due to lack of communication on the Commissioner’s part, for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or for harassment. Frequent emails/notes/comments requesting progress updates may result in cancellation of the project.

Timeframe and Deadlines

Any deadlines must be negotiated before I accept the commission. Normally I do not work with deadlines, but I may be willing to under certain circumstances. An additional fee based on the amount of time I’m being given to complete the project will be added to the cost of the commission to be paid up front. If the due date is not met, this extra fee will be refunded, but no more than that fee. Any major edits that may disrupt this work schedule will nullify your right to a refund if the due date is not met.

Approval from the Commissioner is necessary before any work beyond the sketch and lineart stages can begin. In the case of revisions at these stages, additional approval is required.

Fetishes and Themes

Certain fetishes I will not draw. Some I may be tempted into drawing for an extra fee. This fee will be between $10-$20, depending on my level of comfort with the idea. The best thing to do is to give me a very clear and concise description of what you're wanting, and we will go from there. I am less comfortable with themes like vore or watersports, but I am willing to do them for a fee. The best thing to do is just ask. I am willing to discuss anything.

Streaming

I will occasionally stream, though only once I start the inking stage. My personal schedule is pretty hectic with work and general day to day events. That being said, if you want to schedule specific times for me to stream for you, they must be done in advance and are subject to cancellation without notice. There is no fee for streaming, so no refund will be issued for any cancelled streams. If the Commissioner requests that their project only be worked on during these scheduled streams they must keep in mind that it could cause delays in their project.

During the course of a normal steam (one that is NOT scheduled) I may get distracted by other things or my conversing with other watchers. Normal streams are meant to be relaxed and enjoyable for all involved. Any disruptive behavior will result in the user being banned from the stream, and in the case of the Commissioner becoming disruptive the project may be cancelled.

Closing

It should be kept in mind that I am fairly busy with work and caring for my elderly grandmother, so the time I can dedicate to art is fairly sporadic. I am slow. Sometimes, my muse just doesn't cooperate. (This can be largely helped by having a clear picture of what you want!) I'm human, not a machine.
