| Mechanical Items (cars, mecha, etc-- I just can't)

| Fan Art of Preexisting Characters (exceptions being fan-characters such as your DnD character that YOU have created)

| Inflation/Hyper (including singular body parts)

| Birthing

| Modern backgrounds (cityscapes, technology, etc.)

|| Specials & Deals ||

Every once in a while I will offer buy one get one deals as well as half off specials and auctions. I will always posted a journal a few days in advance to get warning to those interested. :)

Every other Friday, I offer the "Fetish Friday" deal! Any and every fetish (though they might not get posted to my gallery) for half off the normal price of commissions!

Twice a month I will offer pre-posed character auctions.

I also sometimes offer birthday deals!

| EMAIL ME ( jessjcox@aol.com) titled "Commission" or something similar with details on what you want. DO NOT SEND A NOTE

| I will respond saying whether or not I can do it, and if I can, with a quote. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT AT THIS TIME.

| If my list is backed up, I will work through it until I get to you. When I send you a note saying I am ready, I will include my paypal address (or street address if you are paying with cash or check). You have until I complete and you approve the rough sketch to send at least half payment*.

| Once at least 50% is down, I will continue work on your commission, posting updates to my FA account. During this time, feel free to ask for corrections or changes.

| Before the last WIP is posted, I will note you with my paypal address (or street address) for the final payment.

| You send final payment, I finish the image and everybody is happy.

| It is not required, but highly encouraged to leave feedback HERE

|| Payment ||

All commissioned work is paid as follows:

Half when I begin your commission. Half upon completion.

Exceptions:

-- I generally ask for full payment for flat colours and sketches.

-- Commercial work in which the time of payment is written in the contract (ie; payment upon completion).

Paypal is preferred but I will accept money orders, check, or cash. A 4% fee will be added onto paypal payments.

As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, copyright and reproduction rights. I do not allow for the purchase of copyright, full reproduction rights, or rights to sublicense. All work I do is digital and ownership of the original file cannot be purchased as well. I do, however, license art so if there is an image in my gallery you are interested in using, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss terms.
