-- please do not send payment as a "gift", and it would be wonderful if you would accept and pay the fee.

-- I WILL draw: Anthro, Human, Feral, Taur, Dragon, Avian, soft nude and hard nude, M/F, M/M, F/F, herms, intercourse(porn), mild BDSM/bondage, mild vore, macro/micro, master/pet, most animal genitalia, some copyrighted characters, femboys, muscles that aren't extreme, most body types, clean cub art

-Applying for a Commission

-- check my journal header and my profile for current commission status (OPEN or CLOSED)

-- if OPEN, there will be a journal posted with all the information about the commissions I’m taking at the time. The journal will have a link to a form. YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM to apply for a commission.

-- DO NOT email or note me to apply for a commission. I will only direct you to the form. Only note or email me if you have questions.

-- you MUST have a good visual reference or thorough and detailed written description to order a commission.

• Process
  -- Apply: apply for your commission by completing the required form.
  -- Confirmation: if your commission is accepted, I will email you a confirmation along with any questions I may have and the final price, and add you to my queue.
  -- Payment: 50-100% of payment is due 2 days after confirmation or your commission will be dropped. Be sure to include your Username in your payment.
  -- Wait: wait patiently for me to reach your commission on my queue.
  -- Sketch: I will draw a sketch of your commission and email it to you for review. Let me know ANY and ALL changes that need to be made at this time. If the commission is simply a "Sketch Commission", there are no WIP stages and you will be given a finished piece.
  -- Inks and Coloring: I will ink and color your image, but I won’t show you WIPs unless requested. You CANNOT make any more major changes to the image, but feel free you point out if I make a mistake with colors or markings. I can fix these easily for no charge.
  -- Finalize: I will email/note you when your commission is finished. At this time, you must send me the rest of the payment if you haven’t already. After receiving this, I will email you your finished commission. If you are having a traditional commission shipped to you, that will also be done ASAP.

-- the commission will not be started until payment is received

-- you may change/edit/cancel the commission at any time before it has been

started

-- if requested, you can be sent a WorkInProgress at any stage of creation, but changes cannot

be made after the image has been inked.

-- please do not rush me to get through commissions. I am a full-time college student, I have a life, and frankly rushing me makes me less interested.

• Privacy and Livestream
  -- I will put your name/icon in my commission queue, unless specifically asked not to do so. In this case, "private" will be listed in the spot instead.
  -- I use Livestream, and will stream most/all commissions at any given time, as I see fit.
  -- You may request that I wait and only stream your commission when you are there to watch, though this is not always possible because of scheduling.
  -- You may wish to keep your commission private or semi-private. There are several options for this.
  .......... 1) I livestream the piece publicly so that you can see how it's coming along, but I do not post the piece.
  .......... 2) I do not livestream the piece, and do not post it until you give the "okay". This is preferred when buying commissions as gifts for people, etc. I can also stream these, but not post until you give an "okay".
  .......... 3) I do not livestream OR post the piece, keeping it completely private. In this case, I can give you WIPs at any/all staged of the commission, as you'd like.

• Do's and Don'ts
  -- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
  -- you DO NOT have the right to sell any part of the artwork in any way, shape, or form.
  -- I keep the rights to the art piece
  -- you have the right to repost the small/watermarked image anywhere you choose and to use the
  image for personal use, as long as credit is given to me and no money is made from the image.
  -- you DO NOT have the right edit the image in ANY way, except if you wish to make an icon out of it. This includes, but is not limited to: removing my signature, recoloring the image, having another artist color the image without my permission.

• Refunds
  -- if the commission is canceled before it has been started, a full refund will be offered.
  --If the commission has been started, a partial refund will be offered.
  -- if for some reason I cannot complete your commission, I will inform you and offer you a refund.

-Discounts

-- I may offer discounts if I am having a Sale or a Special. Keep your eyes open for those.

-- please do not ASK for a discount. My prices are set as they are for a reason. If you want art from me but cannot afford it, wait for a Sale or Special. If you cannot afford it because of things going on in your life, then by all means worry about life first! It’s far more important than this.

-Extras

-- please do not ask for a full size image. I work VERY large, and I’m not comfortable giving out an image that size. I will always give you a large version of your commission (usually around 1000x1000 pixels) which I think is large enough.

-- you are free to repost the watermarked image, but DO NOT repost the large unwatermarked copy

-- please do NOT rush me. I pressure myself to get commissions done in a reasonable amount of time, and usually that’s pretty fast.

-- be civil and respectful. If you are not capable of this, I will refuse/cancel your commission, and will not even consider commissions from you in the future.
