We have water again! We found the pipe that was frozen and heated it up with boiling water (which, ironically, was freezing snow just a short while before). Also, my grandma managed to fix her car; ends up it was the block heater that was broken, not the car battery. This explains why the car wouldn't start up even when boosted and/or plugged for over a day. To fix it, she lit a small fire under her car to manually warm it up, we're crafty people. Of course, she can't do that all the time so she'll have to buy a new block heater back at her home; after all, she couldn't get it changed here since tow trucks don't come here 'cause that'd fuck 'em up, and her car wasn't facing the right direction so my grandpa couldn't come and tow it up himself, meaning it was either fix or stay here till Spring.

Other than that, today I noticed there were two good movies on TV, so I sat down to watch 'em. The first one was an Ironman movie so I was like "oh sweet, I haven't seen Ironman 3 yet" but nope... ends up it was a weirdass Ironman feature-length anime. The graphics were dated, the animation stiff, the characters terribly awkward-looking; everyone's a teen who never blinks nor breathes. The voice acting was awful and completely devoid of emotion, and the plot made no sense whatsoever. Overall, it was a unbelievably weird experience, but the second movie made up for it. I mean it was the new Die Hard movie, how can you go wrong with that?

After that, I saw a friend of mine was playing Rust so I figured I'd give it another try since I hadn't played in over a month. First thing I noticed is that there's been no update since I last played, and the community is still as terrible. But the worst part is that even after wandering for hours, I never found a suitable spot to build at that wasn't occupied, so I eventually starved to death and said fuck that.

Hmm, even though I overslept this morning because I stayed up late last night to cheer up a friend of mine, I think I'll go to bed early today since even though it's not as cold as yesterday, it's still pretty cold and I'm getting bored anyway.
