Hellooooooooo Weasyl! x3

First journal here, so lemme start by introducing myself - I'm Scribbles the dragon. I'm a geeky, comic loving, music writing, dance nut. I'm still getting used to the layout of this site, so it'll be a lil' while before I integrate my FA library with this one - but I will eventually! x3 I have too many hobbies, have led a very active life, and have been a proud part of the furry fandom for over a decade. I'm an open book, so if you ever wanna ask me anything or talk - please do! :D I love chatting. ^..^

This week has been AWESOME! Summer is just starting here, and everyone is doing cool stuff for the holidays - myself included. Its been a roller coaster of a year for me, and I can't wait to roll in the new year. Going to be viewing the fireworks over the harbour this evening! ^..^ I've done a lot in the last year... just... a whole lot.

This past weekend I went camping with some of Saruuk's friends - we spent half a day canoeing up a river to the site, then camped there for two nights before rowing the rest of the way up the river to a pick-up site. Gonna upload a couple pics here for people. ^..^ It was really a beautiful site.

I felt really awesome about Christmas this year - I got to spend it with Sar's family, and well... that was my first time spending a holiday with anyone elses family as "the boyfriend." They're really sweet folks, and his brother is awesome, too. I'm still marvelling at the kindness they've shown me.

Next weekend I'm going to Confurgence! I look forward to meeting more of the furries out this way - I haven't gotten to hang out with folks here as much as I might like, but I've definitely been having lots of fun when I do get to hang with the locals. ^..^ If anyone I know is also going, please feel free to hit me up and we can maybe meet up there! ^..^
