pc is broken wont boot right. i have to boot in safemode/networkign to get anything to work. Pc was badly interrupted when was unplugging my phone charger. i hit the plug for the powerbar and it came out along with my phone charger. boots to windows but go's to black and dose not go to login screen. untell i fix it im not able to be able to do anything
