Okay, apparently I hadn't completed registering my PayPal account, even though it very clearly told me I was able to send and receive money. What the fuck.

Those of you who have paid me for commissions and adoptables may notice your money was sent back to you because of this. I have resolved the issue now, so if you could please resend that money, I'd be grateful. ONLY resend the money if you receive the notification telling you you got your money back, though. A few of the transactions were recent enough to get through.
