I have contacted tattoo artist but there all not replying

maybe you should go into the shop and talk to them about it? or call them. some don't have the time to check emails.
when i got my tattoo they took 2 weeks to reply so i just desided to go in and talk to them about it. got my tattoo a week after.

a tattoo shop its self should be able to help! i can only suggest manchester and stockport artists (but they are some of the best)
