I will assume that you have read and agreed to this terms of service after payment has been sent. It is your responsibility to read this as it has been made public and is in clear sight at the bottom of my journal.

Art for you of your character may be reposted without needing to ask me for permission with proper credit to me and redirection to my page if applicable.

Art for you bought by someone else may be reposted with proper credit of the purchaser and myself with redirection to my page if applicable.

All commissioned artwork may not be redistributed on any other website without permission from me and the commissioner.

You have rights to display and edit the completed art for your own personal use as a commissioner but may not repost edited works without my permission.

You MAY NOT sell or redistribute my art for monetary gain.

You do not own my art no matter how much you edit it.

If you receive a psd or sai file you may not share or redistribute without permission from me. JPG and PNG formats are the typical file formats that you will receive but under certain circumstances you may have the option purchase the original sai or psd file.

Artwork may be edited by me at any time, I will update you on these edits if so.

Payment is required before completion unless stated otherwise. Paypal and USD only!

Usually I will need a reference and a clear and concise description of what you want if necessary. A theme is also very helpful and I appreciate artistic freedom when given themes. Art style is subject to change but quality will not drop.

Do not harass me in notes about your commission, I will update you every time I finish a step. I will respond to any important questions you may have but if you are wanting an update it may take some time to get back to you for a proper update. Please have patience when waiting for your commission.

I have the right to refuse any commission inquiries.

I do not give ETAs unless there is a deadline agreed upon.

FAQ

What time do you start working?

Typically my hours are somewhere between early noon to midnight or 6pm to 6am Central time. Depending on my sleep schedule. Art can be sporadic at times and may take up to a year (at most) to complete larger detailed pieces. Though it is not common to take so long it is to be expected that you are willing to wait for higher quality work. Make-up art is for if I take longer than anticipated. Anxiety and depression take a toll on me and may make for longer wait for art. If you need a refund please refer to the next question.

Do you refund after any work is completed?

I will do a partial refund depending on how much work had been completed. My art has value and that unfinished image is yours to keep. If the image is more than halfway completed I will not offer a refund. You may cancel your commission at any time if you have not yet paid. If I have not started on the image your refund will be given in full.

What is your medium?

Intuos3 medium sized tablet, SAI/Photoshop cs5, Windows 7 computer and I guess that's about it.

What will you not draw?

I absolutely will NOT draw the following; Rape, forced incest, vomit, scat, or copyrighted characters. I am open to a lot of different subjects so feel free to ask me.
