WING-IT COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

*These Rules & Terms ONLY apply to these Wing-It Style Commissions*

---||CONTENT||---

• Will Draw: Animals, Anthros, Gargoyles, Dragons, Griffins, Taurs, MLP:FiM style Ponies, Pokemon, and Beast Warcraft Races (Tauren, Worgen, Pandaren, & possibly Draenei, Orcs & Trolls)
  
• Won’t Draw: Humans, Vehicles, or Mecha. Nothing prejudice, abusive, or controversial. No extreme fetishes such as incest, rape, scat/watersports, or hyper. No adult rated herm, cubs/minors in adult situations or adult rated feral.
  
• All ratings accepted.
  
• Two (2) Character max per commission order.
  
• You are welcome to place more than one order at a time.
  
• My personal characters are available if you would like one featured in your commission, but please note: Only Todd & Aubrey are available under the Adult rating. (Todd & Aubrey Reilly - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10536969/)

---||MEDIA||---

• Sketch, Ink or Microsoft (MS) Paint Flat color options only.
  
• All sketches and Inks are done on 8.5”x11” paper.

---||PRICING & SHIPPING||---

• Prices are in USD only.
  
• Prices are PER Character. Second characters will not be discounted, nor will multiple orders.
  
• Commissions, generally, will NOT be shipped. Payment is for services only.
  
• If you so desire to have your commission shipped, you agree to pay full shipping costs and understand that they will not be available for shipping until after February 2014.

---||ARTIST RIGHTS||---

• I retain rights granted to me by US Copyright Law and the Moral Right to my artwork by default, regardless of characters depicted.
  
• I retain rights to repost ALL commission art to my galleries with character credit being given to the commissioner.
  
• NO “Private” commissions accepted.
  
• I reserve the right to request a takedown of any unauthorized use of the image, or if I feel my Moral Rights to the image have been compromised.
  
• In the case of a commission that was not completed for any reason I retain the right to alter and potentially resell said piece of art if possible. I will not sell anyone's characters.

---||COMMISSIONER RIGHTS||---

• Your commission is for your personal use only.
  
• These commissions are not available for promotional means or for profit.
  
• You are free to repost your commission in your galleries as long as only the watermarked, low-resolution file is used, and as long as credit for the art and my characters is given to me via a link back to my gallery.
  
• You are also free to crop your commission for an icon or banner, use it as a reference for other artists, etc. with credit given to me via a link back to my gallery.
  
• In the case of sketches and inks, you (the commissioner) are more than welcome to color them yourself if you so wish, with credit for the sketch/ink given to me via a link back to my gallery.
  
• The commissioner may not pay, trade services or barter with another artist to edit the commission in any manner. This includes coloring and inking.
  
• The commissioner may not edit, crop, or obstruct the watermark on the commissioned art. Exceptions to this rule are icons and banners for use on websites.

---||TURN-AROUNG & REVISIONS||---

• Allow at least 4-6 weeks from the time payment has been received and cleared for the completion of your commission.
  
• No WIPS or Revisions available for these commissions.

---||CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS||---

• You are free to cancel your commission at any time, however please let me know as soon as possible.
  
• Any refunds issued will be equal to the amount of work not completed at the time the refund is requested.
  
• No refunds available for completed commissions.

---||ORDERING||---

• When placing your order make sure you have all necessary information, links and/or files ready from the start.
  
• Only accepting visual references, no descriptions, so please share any links or files you have that are a good visual representation of what your character looks like.
  
• Send your order to stangwolf.commissions@gmail.com only.
  
• I will not accept commission orders via comments or notes.
  
• Title your email: "Wing-It Commission Order - *Your Username*"
  
• If you have more than one order, please send a separate email for each order.
  
• Any orders after your first please title: "Wing-It Commission Order 2/3/4/etc. - *Your Username*" This will help me keep things in order.
  
• I will send you a response letting you know if your commission order has been accepted or not.
  
• If you order is not accepted due to content issues, etc. I will briefly let you know why, so if you wish to alter and resend your order you may.

---||PAYMENT||---

• Payment accepted via PayPal only. *I may make exceptions for money orders from trusted past customers only. Please ask first if interested in this payment method and only if you’ve done work with me in the past.*
  
• Full price paid up front only when payment requested.
  
• I will send an email and invoice via PayPal when I am ready to accept payment, at which time full payment will be due before I proceed with your order.
  
• Please DO NOT send payment yourself.
  
• Once payment is requested you have one week *7 days* to make payment via PayPal otherwise your order will be dropped.
  
• If I find that you do not have the means to pay for your commission at the time payment is due I will cancel your order.
  
• Despite not having to pay until I request payment, please have the means to pay for your commission from the moment you place your order.
  

• Your commission will not be started until payment has been received.

• If any of the Terms of Service or guidelines stated here are violated I reserve the right to immediately cancel your commission.

---||ADDIIONAL INFORMATION||---

Please understand that since these are Wing-It style commissions I’ll be working with artistic liberty. This is why only visual references are requested.

My goal is to complete these commissions within 1-2 weeks from the time payment has cleared, however, bear in mind, I do work full-time (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), and we are in the midst of the holiday season, so this is why I say allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of your commission from the time payment has cleared.

There may be some weekends and days when I need to take care of other things.

Also please be aware that by January 1, 2014 or shortly after I will probably be slightly increasing the prices of these commissions.
