TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon entering the contract with Isaac De King (henceforth known as “Kraest”), the commissioner (henceforth known as "you") agree to the following -

1. You will provide any and all references Kraest asks for.
2. If available, you will provide Kraest with your Skype handle, allowing him to contact you with questions, as well as for him to send progress images, including sketches, linework, colour, etc.
3. Payment is non-negotiable, unless suggested by Kraest.
4. You will not ask when the commission will be finished. Kraest tries to be as expedient as possible, and will send regular progress updates when they are available.
5. If you ignore tenant number four (4), you will be moved down the queue, if there is a queue, and will receive your commission later than originally intended.
6. Only the first three major edits҂ to the image are free during the sketch phase. The fourth edit is $5, the fifth and each beyond that are $10 each. This is non-negotiable.
7. Once inking has begun there are no free major edits. The first major edit will be $5, and each edit afterward will be $10 each. This is non-negotiable.
8. If for any reason Kraest must redraw the picture after the inking has begun, you will be charged half again the initial commission price (example: if the commission originally costs $60 and it needs to be redrawn, the new price will be a further $30, making it $90)
9. Kraest can at any time, for any reason, cancel the commission and charge as he sees fit to the amount of work done on the piece.҂҂

Allowances -
Once you receive your commission, ONLY you (and anyone else included in the image) are allowed to post it to your own gallery, provided you ensure proper credit is given to Kraest, including a link to his profile, as well as a link to the original image posted by Kraest. Any other usages must be discussed between yourself and Kraest, and expressed permission must be granted by Kraest prior to any other usage.҂҂҂

҂ major edits include, but are not limited to, facial expression changes, limb placement, object placement, clothing changes, etc.
҂҂ may include, but is not limited to, time constraints, financial reasons, commissioner attitude, etc.
҂҂҂ may include, but is not limited to, being posted in a third party gallery, uploaded as part of a collection, used as content in other media, etc.

As a final note, so that I know you've read the TOS, mention the word "pizza" somewhere in your commission note!
