It's been awhile, hasn't it? I've been nose deep in writing my first book. Yes, it's the same book that I started about 7 years ago in my Book Illustration class waaaaaay back at the New Mexico Junior College. It's the same book I've tried to pick up time and time again, but to no avail. There's an excerpt from it in my gallery on FurAffinity, though it's no longer the first chapter of this great book. Well, here I am. Deep into week 2 of NaNoWriMo, and I'm already up to 21,710 words in my book. The goal is to reach 50,000 words by November 30, and I think I'm going to make it. I'm ahead of schedule by a couple days, so I may take a little time today to relax a bit and draw. All I gotta say is, omg. I totally ship Sapphro and Zitomira. They're so ADORABLE together! Hnngh! Originally, my plan was to kill Sapphro off, and that he and Zito were just good pals. But then I wrote about how he comforted her and that was it. I was in "I ship this" mode. I just...hngh! I can't get over them as an item now. It's just too adorable. So I'm gunna finish that armature sketch I've started of them and try to get that out the door. I hope you guys like it. :U I may post a drop box link to the PDF of my story so far in case anyone's curious about reading it.
