This is just a reminder that there will be a special early-bird drawing this year. This drawing will be separate from the one for all the other raffle items, and the winner will receive a certificate good for one free night's stay and one free breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Hotel!

This certificate can be won by any attendee, but it's important to note that it can be redeemed only by someone who has registered a room in their name at the Crowne Plaza during this year's con. However, if someone who doesn't have a room in their name wins it, it can be given to a friend (or-- why not?-- even a stranger!) who is registered at the Crowne Plaza.

The drawing for this item will be held on Friday afternoon (exact time to be determined), with a possible second chance on Saturday if the owner of the first ticket drawn does not claim their prize. So to be in the running, make sure that you come in to the Charity Room as early as possible and get your name in. If you're at the hotel on Thursday, we'll be in there much of the afternoon and evening setting up, and we'll take care of you-- permanently. Muuuwah-hah-hah-hah-haaaah!

Also-- during these last days before the con, please take a look around your place of residence and see if there are any items that you'd like to donate to our Charity Raffle and Auction. Your donations are very important to us and help do a lot of good for our charities, the US War Dogs Association and the Animal Haven.
