Good uhh, night? Yeah, I stayed up late to watch all that Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica anime some people have been bugging me to watch for the longest time and well, it was pretty "interesting". The art style is easily the most original I've seen and while the story can be a bit cliched at first, it grows more complex and interesting as time goes on and the ending is simply fantastic. Granted, since the serie only lasts 12 episodes, the character development is a bit lacking except for two characters, one of which is explained fully in one single episode towards the very end. But what I don't like is that the characters are incredibly dumb and selfish; I'm 100% on the Incubators' side and I don't even begin to understand why the characters are so much against them, nor what the big fuss over the soul gems is. The "twist" sounds incredibly convenient and practical to me, though the Japanese have a pretty different idea about the connection between the soul and the body, so that might explain why they shit brick when they hear about the "issue".

Other than that, I've been playing Mount & Blade Warband all the time when I wasn't watching videos but now I've gotten bored of it and I actually ran out of interesting stuff to watch, hence why I finally watched that serie. But it only lasted 12 episodes so now I have to think about a new anime (preferably one with a lot of episodes) to watch.. anyone has ideas?
