Figuratively and Literally!

I recently found a workout done by Japanese speed skaters to reduce their body fat and raise their metabolism, you do various exercises with 110% of your energy behind it and try and do as many as you can in twenty seconds, rest for ten seconds, then do another excersize, repeat the break, then do one more excersize and take a break, repeat those excersizes and breaks until you reach four minutes.

ALSO! I need you people to help me get more followers so I can get more feedback, I'm going to get no where unless I have people able to either cheer me on or help me out ^w^;;

Time to shape up!!!!
