Breaking point by DeRiften

My right arm's been hurting for five days now so I've been on pills since then. I was planning on spending another day at the hospital on the 2nd or something if it hadn't stopped but today it's finally getting better. Only slightly better, granted, but better nonetheless, though now it's migraines time so I have no break. Earlier today I got sick of the pain so I actually got off the computer and laid down on my bed to relax and watch a random movie on TV, half paying attention. I wonder if I'm subconsciously stressing about something, or if it's just all the pain from the past month finally adding up and affecting me. I mean, my foot doesn't hurt anymore since I've been walking on tip toes since they told me what the issue was, but after that another issue popped out, and then another, and then another. Stress got to the point where my psoriasis came back, which hasn't happened since I was in college. Heck, I haven't had big migraines since college either but now I get headaches almost regularly. Ungh...

Guys, should I take a few days of break away from the computer altogether? Like, do my daily Internet browsing while sipping my morning coffee and waking up but then going to lay down on the bed and... I don't know. Maybe catch up on my reading or actually finish Pokemon HeartGold or go on a movie watching streak or... anything! I just don't know, I don't know if it'd even help with all the shit that's been going on.

What do you guys think?
