You know, I don't understand why critics trashed on this movie, it was incredible! Without spoiling anything for those who still plan on watching it, me and my mom were both admiring the animatronic work, the visual artwork, and the acting was awesome, especially Mathew Lillard and Victoria Patenaude; when you manage to make the audience want to punch a character, you know you did a great job!
The best part of the movie has to be the animatronics; a lot of people were worried that it was going to be all CGI, but they are real animatronics. Not only were they real robots, programmed and choreographed to move in very impressive ways, but their designs remain faithful to the games too! I'm glad we didn't get overly-realistic Chuck E. Cheese's esque animatronics that look more like something out of the JRs universe rather than canon FNAF (no shade intended at JRs, that was an awesome game!)
At the same time, I've been working on my own project while we waited for the movie to come out, as you can see if you checked out my site, and it's actually something I made in celebration for the release of the FNAF movie. I'll update more on that as more progress is made, but as always, I have way too many projects going on, so the next teaser will probably come out sometime after October. I just wanted to obsess over how much I loved this movie, it was a great watch, you guys should definitely see it! And if you don't have the heart to watch horror films, you can always watch fan reviews on YouTube, there are channels dedicated to FNAF stuff such as Dawko who gave his own opinions on the movie.
