Back in 1924, Yellow Corporation was founded as a bus and taxi service, and in 1952, it was purchased out of bankruptcy and transformed into a long-haul freight service. It grough through acquisitions in the 2000s, including Roadway and USF. In 2006, It was renamed to YRC Freight before February 2021. It was renamed back to Yellow Corporation. two years later, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and closed its doors.
