Every single thumbnail used is using art that I drew. Granted, the font isn't mine. But some credit should have been given. This is hard work taken out of my time. Even the background was made by me. At least they could have given some credit in the description and that's not all, he is using someone else's art of Aero within the video. Like dude, do your research and click on the link path before using anyone's art. If it doesn't look official, do not use it. It's most likely fan art.

It just grinds my gears that this dude didn't give credit since March of 2023. And I just found out today. People just don't care what they use anymore and they posted all sorts of fonts and added a filter on the image so that it looks dull. Not very cool and is the first instance of my work being used. I would have been okay with it if they asked. Gee, no one in the video gameplay making industry cares anymore.

Imagine if this was Banjo Kazooie art that I did and a bunch people knew I drew the picture and asked not to use it without premission. So much backlash, oh but since this is Aero The Acro-Bat, he's obscure. The video won't show up for millions of viewers online under my 61 subs so its okay to use DemonLouie's stuff. No, it doesn't matter, you posted MY art without permission and without credit given. 61 subs don't matter dude, you're stealing art and time that I took out of my day on April of 2022 to do this.

You are making money off of my art because some people have YT premium and when they watch your video, you get money from not only the content but the whole thumbnail as well. Have fun while you can because at some point, you'll have to take it down if you get struck by the DMCA. I won't be getting sued either because Aero is owned by Sunsoft not me, its why I ask people not to use my fan art. I can face legal actions.

But this dude doesn't understand. I hope this guy removes the artwork or give credit and not make money from my hard work.
