Adopt Holds

I'm thinking about adding a fee thing for the days a person is late on their adopt hold time, instead of taking away hold privileges from being late (was usually after a few times), was gonna implement something like 1$ for the first day late added to the price of the adopt, and 2$ will be added the next day.. This will solve my concerns completely. I might add this for 2022 also. Fellow artists have suggested this to me about a year ago, and I think i'll add it, though won't be til Jan, will be a hold agreement thing, if you accept it for holding, you must go by it, if not, and you hold overtime and don't wanna pay the fee, you won't be allowed holds anymore.

(Been wanting this solved for a long time, and I think it's a decent plan atleast and keeps it less frustrating for me.)

The Month benefits extend thing for people who stop boosting, i'm gonna change that to a week because a month is a little too much to give for quit boosters. There will be a week wait til you lose benefits instead, because this can be abused and the stop of boosting can lower the server's benefits some days after a booster stops paying, so yeah, it feels like a stretch to reward that situation......(I will change this in Jan 1st 2022)
