I know its been a while since I've actually dedicated time to actually drawing anything. Honestly last year was a mess for my mental health.
With gyms being opened then closed suddenly, I haven't had my usual way to vent and relax myself.
It was like I had my favourite thing dangling just out of reach only for someone to snatch it away without warning.
It was only recently I decided to take up home HITT workouts with my partner to do something instead of wallowing in my own self pity and frustrations. Trust me...if I could, had the space and was able to afford my own indoor gym equipment I'd do it in a heartbeat.
And at least on the plus side I'm booked in for my vaccination now that the 4 weeks are over since I caught covid (not fun).
For now I'm just going to take my time and look after my mental health and ignore the voices in my head when they become a little too loud.
