So, for the last 2 1/2 months I have been off of my pills that keep my liver working to try and see if, in fact I still needed to take them.

My liver specialist, bless her heart, she is literally amazing, called me today, to give me the results.

They werent good, my liver enzymes are rising and that means that I have to go back on my pills.

It also sadly means that I will be on my Urso Pills the rest of my life. Which isnt the outcome we wanted but it is how it is.

But the flip side, positive part of this, is that in a month I get to go get my blood drawn again, to see if my body is immune to the pills or not, and hopefully it isnt. And they are still working.

That aside, I guess at least the pills are still an option for me and can keep my liver healthy. ~
