With or without virus:

When you get home from the supermarket, work, or any other outdoor location, wash your hands thoroughly.

After you count money, use tools or just pet your pet, wash your hands thoroughly before eating, drinking or preparing something in the kitchen.

Do not drink water / juice / milk directly from a bottle that others will drink from. This, in addition to being unhygienic, is impolite!

When you have a snack outside the home, and there is no place to wash your hands, always take a bottle of alcohol gel or another sanitizing product with you.

When using a handkerchief, preferably disposable, do not throw it on the street or anywhere. Please, throw it in the trash.

Did you need to go to the toilet? Before you leave, wash your hands thoroughly!

Your good hygiene can save a life, including your own!

Quando você chega em casa, vindo do supermercado, do trabalho ou de qualquer outro lugar externo, lave bem as mãos.

Após você contar dinheiro, usar ferramentas ou simplesmente fazer um carinho em seu animal de estimação, lave bem as mãos antes de comer, beber ou preparar algo na cozinha.

Não beba água/suco/leite direto de uma garrafa da qual outros beberão também. Isto, além de anti-higiênico não é educado!

Quando você for fazer um lanche fora de casa, e não houver um lugar para lavar as mãos, sempre leve com você um frasco de álcool gel ou outro produto para higienizar.

Quando você usar um lenço, de preferência descartável, não jogue na rua ou em qualquer lugar. Por favor, jogue no lixo.

Precisou ir ao banheiro? Antes de sair, lave bem as mãos!
