I just found out roosterteeth's legacy community site is completely gone now.. and it can't be accessed through the wayback machine.
I'm not sure if I talk about it much, but I'm very sentimental and obsessed with digital preservation. I export my firefox bookmarks and history each time I have to reinstall it. I save all my chat logs and back them up constantly.
Roosterteeth was the first online community I was a part of. It a huge part of my teenage years growing up. I made friends, started writing, shared jokes, and formed my identity online. My profile was a time capsule of my life back then.
I wasn't a really great person, but that record existing was important to me.
I'm very very sad that this happened. And that's putting it lightly.
